COST OF PRODUCT
All prices are in Canadian currency. Applicable taxes and shipping not included in the cost of product.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
For the payment of your order, we accept the following:

  • Certified cheque
  • Bank money order
  • Postal money order
  • Credit card via PayPal
  • Credit card by telephone
  • Electronic fund transfer via PayPal

For payment by personal cheque, bank or postal money order, please make payable, and mail to:

Please allow approx. 10 business days for delivery if payment is made by personal cheque, or electronic fund transfer via Paypal.

INFORMATION ACCURACY
Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on our web site, Bonbons Connexion Candy Inc. and its representatives cannot be held responsible or liable for errors, omissions, descriptions, or any other information contained on the web site. All dimensions, weights, and format quantities are approximate.

Due to the manufacturing process colours may vary from those depicted on the web site. On-screen item colour may differ from the actual item colour due to individual computer screen resolution. There is no return, exchange, or refund for colour variance.

PRICE AND/OR ITEM MODIFICATIONS
Bonbons Connexion Candy Inc. reserves the right, at any time, and without notice, to modify any price and/or item, or selection of product/s offered on its web site; and to cancel any order and reimburse the buyer. Bonbons Connexion Candy Inc. cannot be held responsible or liable for the modification of any price, item, or selection of product/s, or for the cancellation of any order.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If a particular candy is not available at the time of purchase, Bonbons Connexion Candy Inc. will contact you to inform you of the situation.

SHIPPING
The shipping cost is not included in the price of the items. The cost calculated by the shopping cart is based on the value of the order and the shipping timeframe selected. We use FedEx for all of our shipments and they are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. We ship across Canada, for delivery to another county, please contact us by email for the cost of shipping.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Despite a large product inventory, the high demand for products and circumstances beyond our control may on occasion retard our delivery process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Most orders are shipped in a single delivery. In the event of a back order, we will contact you by e-mail or by phone to advise you of the situation and to arrange a partial shipment if applicable.

The shipping of all products is provided by carriers that are independent of Bonbons Connexion Candy Inc. Consequently, Bonbons Connexion Candy Inc. cannot be held responsible for any delay in the shipment of orders, or lateness in the delivery of orders.

ORDER CHANGE AND CANCELLATION
Due to the efficient design of our ordering system, order changes and additions cannot be accommodated if the order is at the production stage. In cases where an order change or addition can be accommodated, a $5.00 fee will be charged. A fee of 15% of the order total (with a $8.00 minimum) will be charged for cancelled orders. No cancellations or refunds can be accommodated on personalized items.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Some candies are more fragile than others. Despite all efforts to package them carefully, we cannot guarantee there will be no breakage in shipping.

The shipping of all products is provided by Canada Post, and/or transport companies, independent of Bonbons Connexion Candy Inc.. Consequently, Bonbons Connexion Candy Inc. cannot be held responsible for any product damage or delay due to delivery.

We select reputable transport companies that are recognized for the quality and reliability of their services. When receiving your parcel, please verify the overall state of the box. If you suspect any damage resulting from transport, immediately indicate this on the shipping slip to facilitate any claim that is to be addressed with the transport company.

RETURN POLICY
No return or claim will be accepted without prior notification to Bonbons Connexion Candy Inc. within 5 days of having received the item. A 30% handing and processing fee will apply on any returned item (returned items must be unopened and undamaged) Client is responsible for all shipping cost associated with a returned item. The credit that you receive on your refund will apply only to the purchase price; shipping and processing fees will not be refunded. No return, exchange, or refund on special orders, specially made to order items, and custom ordered items that have been personalized specifically for you.
