Due to export regulations, merchandise can only be shipped in Canada.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Despite massive product inventory, the high demand for products and circumstances beyond our control may on occasion retard our delivery process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Most orders are shipped in a single delivery. In the event of a back order, we will contact you by e-mail or by phone to advise you of the situation and to arrange a partial shipment if applicable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
The shipping of all products is provided by transport companies independent of Bonbons Connexion. Consequently, Bonbons Connexion cannot be held responsible for any product damage or delay due to delivery.
We select reputable transport companies that are recognized for the quality and reliability of their services. When receiving your parcel, please verify the overall state of the box. If you suspect any damage resulting from transport, immediately indicate this on the shipping slip to facilitate any claim that is to be addressed with the transport company.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. If the event of a problem, please contact us, and we will do everything possible in order to resolve the situation. Please note, that no return items will be accepted without prior approval. Merchandises returned must be unopened and undamaged, shipping cost prepaid. A 30% restocking fee, and shipment cost will be deducted on merchandise refunded. No claims or returns will be processed 5 days after reception of order.
